We always encourage local pickup so you can see our home environment and meet your puppy’s parents. But we know that many wonderful families live far away. That’s why we offer reliable, safe, and climate‑controlled delivery options – because a loving home should never be limited by geography.
Is Shipping Safe for Pomeranians?
Yes, when done correctly. Pomeranians are small, adaptable, and travel well with proper care. However, they are also heat‑sensitive (due to their short snout) and easily stressed by rough handling. We take extra precautions to ensure every journey is:

We only partner with USDA‑compliant, IATA‑approved pet transport services and, when available, professional pet nannies who keep your Pom in the cabin.
Our Delivery Options
1. Airport Cargo Pickup (Standard)
Your Pomeranian arrives at the cargo terminal of your nearest major airport. You pick them up directly after landing.
Cost: 200–650 (depending on distance)
Includes: Health certificate, airline‑approved carrier, familiar bedding, travel kit
2. Pet Nanny Service (Premium)
A dedicated handler travels with your puppy in the passenger cabin, providing one‑on‑one care throughout the journey.
Cost: 750–850
Includes: In‑cabin travel, frequent updates, direct handoff to you at the airport
3. Door‑to‑Door Ground Transport (Limited)
For distances under 500 miles, we may arrange a professional pet courier to deliver your Pomeranian directly to your home.
Cost: 300–500 (quoted per trip)

All delivery costs are separate from the adoption fee and must be paid in full before travel is arranged.
What to Expect – Step by Step
Step 1: Pre‑Flight Preparation
Your puppy receives a final veterinary exam and health certificate within 10 days of travel.
We acclimate them to the travel carrier using positive reinforcement and comfort items.
Feeding is timed to avoid motion sickness but keep them comfortable.
Step 2: Travel Day
The carrier includes soft, absorbent bedding, a familiar toy or blanket, and a small water source.
We use direct flights or minimal layovers to reduce travel time.
No travel during extreme weather (heat >85°F or cold <20°F).
Step 3: Real‑Time Updates
You receive flight/tracking details, departure confirmation, and landing notification.
We text or email you at each milestone.
Step 4: Arrival & Pickup
For airport pickup: we provide clear instructions (which cargo terminal, required ID, customs fees if any).
For nanny service: you meet the handler at baggage claim.
Your puppy will be tired but safe – ready for quiet bonding at home.
Post‑Arrival Requirements (Important)
To keep your health guarantee valid, you must:
Take your Pomeranian to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness exam within 72 hours of arrival.
Provide us with a copy of the exam summary if requested.
Notify us immediately if any serious health issue is found.
Failure to complete the 72‑hour exam voids all health guarantees.
Local Pickup – Our Preferred Option
We always invite you to pick up your puppy in person in Sherman, Texas. Benefits include:
Seeing our home, meeting the parent dogs, and observing our cleanliness standards
Receiving personalized care training (grooming, dental care, harness use)
Asking us any questions face‑to‑face
Taking your puppy home in your arms – no travel stress
If you can make the trip, we’ll provide a $100 adoption credit toward future supplies or a future puppy.
Safety Guarantee & Refund Policy
Live arrival guarantee: If your puppy arrives deceased or in critical distress (documented by a vet within 2 hours), we will refund the full adoption fee OR provide a replacement puppy (your choice). Shipping costs are not refunded.
Weather delays: We reserve the right to reschedule delivery if temperatures or flight conditions risk your puppy’s safety. You will be notified as soon as possible.
Buyer‑caused issues: If you fail to pick up your puppy on time or provide incorrect contact information, we are not responsible for additional costs or health complications.
